doesn't like "hands on their hips when they pee" guy, and aims to not become him, LOL. Girls have NO idea what I am on about, and guys are either laughing or checking themselves. The only thing worse, top of the hand on one hip guy. HA!
I am not a huge fan of Chaim Witz, the fellow who plays Gene Simmons. Say what you will about his character, Gene, or his music, he is an arrogant d-bag in real life. I was having a discussion with a friend this week about this, and THIS interview came to mind. Listen to him interact with Terry Gross on NPR as the conversation devolves...
Being "free" is no guarantee of success. Success is a combo of skill, oppty, circumstance and mostly, effort. None of my generation had it as hard as our grandparents; we have far more oppty offered to us; but now, everyone feels that success and survival is something owed to them. The world owes you nothing. It is just the tree where YOU pick the fruit. If you cant reach the fruit, you have to build a ladder.
